The Phenom 100 (EMB-500) is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada PW617F turbofan engines and operates under an MSG-3 maintenance program. Our technicians are trained specifically on this airframe, meaning faster turnaround times, accurate diagnostics, and fewer unexpected squawks. Aero Star's AI assistant, Ava, gives our techs instant access to Phenom-specific maintenance data — reducing troubleshooting time and improving repair accuracy.
