Aero Star Aviation Continues Aggressive Growth at
Dallas Love Field (DAL)

Dallas, TX, December 12, 2024 – Aero Star Aviation continues their exponential growth at Dallas Love Field (DAL) by securing an additional 30,000 square feet of hangar space and 22,000 square feet of office/shop space via a long-term lease agreement.  

 

The additional space will increase the current facility footprint to more than 82,000 square feet of usable hangar space and 48,000 square feet of shop/office space, making Aero Star one of the largest independent Embraer-focused maintenance management facilities in the region.

 

The additional hangar and shop space is currently being refurbished and modernized to better reflect Aero Star’s standard of service and capabilities and will be in operation in the first quarter of 2025.  

 

Along with recent facility expansion, Aero Star has increased their labor force by 20% since the beginning of 2024. This expansion shows the company’s dedication to customer service and ability to adapt to the robust demand for high-quality maintenance services in the region.
