Aero Star Aviation is rapidly growing into the #1 alternative for Embraer Phenom 100 /300 and Praetor 500/600 Maintenance and Management in North America.

Aero Star’s corporate headquarters and hangars are in Dallas, TX at Love Field. The company continues to make significant expansion moves since its inception in 2013. Growing from two smaller hangars with a mere 16,000 total square feet, to three larger hangars totaling 82,000 square feet and 48,000 square feet of office space. The continued growth brings additional labor opportunities, all while continuing to accommodate the growing demand for exceptional Embraer Maintenance.
